All Caves Collect clothing and leather goods are made in small run production in Melbourne, Australia.
Placing an Order
Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email. You will then be notified with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
If your order includes pre-order items, the whole order will be shipped when those items are ready.
Payments can be made securely through our website via credit card, debit card or PayPal. We are also happy to accept bank transfer payments, please email us at email@example.com for this service.
Australian Shipping and Delivery
Australian orders will be sent via Australia Post, Express Post service. This service promises next day delivery within metropolitan areas (Except Darwin and within Perth CBD only). All other areas will receive deliveries within 2 or more business days. Please note that occasionally delays outside of our control can occur. Caves Collect is not responsible for any delays outside of their control.
Parcels require a signature upon delivery for security reasons, please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel. If there is no one available to sign for the parcel, the parcel will be delivered to your local post office, a card with further information will be left at the delivery address.
We provide tracking but not insurance. Please note, Caves Collect is not liable for any goods lost in transit.
International Shipping and Delivery
Caves Collect offers free worldwide shipping.
International orders will be sent via Australia Post, International Air Mail. Estimated delivery is 6+ business days, however, will vary from country to country. Please note that occasionally delays outside of our control can occur. Caves Collect is not responsible for any delays outside of their control.
We provide tracking but not insurance with International Parcels. Caves Collect is not liable for any goods lost in transit.
Customs duties and taxes vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the customer. Please research the applicable charges for your country. Caves Collect cannot adjust the correct value of the parcel’s contents.
Once you have spent over $3,000AUD with Caves Collect, you will become eligible for our VIP Program, which will entitle you to 10% off all future full price purchases. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you believe you have spent over $3000 and would like to apply to become a Caves Collect VIP.
If you receive your order and feel like the size or style isn’t right for you, you can send it back to us and we’ll give you a credit code to the full value of your order for our webstore. Credit codes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
As of July 1st 2019 we are also offering refunds. Any order placed after this date will be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued less original shipping costs, $10AUD for Australian orders and $20AUD for international orders. Refunds for any orders placed before 1st July 2019 will not be accepted.
Returned items will only be accepted if they are in their original condition with all tags attached, including Caves Collect drawstring bag. Customers returning goods may use their preferred shipping arrangement, however, returns will not be accepted after 20 days from original date of delivery.
Caves Collect does not reimburse customs duties for international orders
If you would like to send an item back to us, please fill out our Return form within 4 days of receiving your order. Once you have completed the form, please send the items that you wish to return to:

Exchanges will be shipped free of charge from the Caves Collect postal house. Please note, however, that the customer is responsible for the costs of returning the item/s back to us.
Our customer service team is here to guide you through any fit and sizing questions that you have. The team is best able to advise you on sizing if you email through your measurements (bust, waist, bum and height) Please refer to our sizing guide for information on taking your measurements accurately.
