Returns & Exchanges
*Please note, as we are a small and 100% independently owned business, we do not currently offer refunds for change of mind orders.
We know ordering clothing online is tricky, so we are here to help with as many questions as you have prior to making an order. Many of our customers find it very helpful to send through their measurements, so please feel free to do that if you would like!
If you make an order and find that the size or style isn't what you were after, we are also happy to help assist you in making an exchange. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you like to determine the right size / item you would like to receive in exchange. Alternatively you can return the item for store credit to use at a later date.
Store Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue however we are happy to extend vouchers, so please email us if you would like some more time to spend your voucher.
Please log your request in the return or exchange portal .
Conditions of return
Returns must follow the following conditions;
- - Item/s must be in original condition, unworn and with tags still attached
- - Item/s must be free of makeup and perfume; so please be mindful when trying on.
- - Item/s are returned with Caves Collect Drawstring bag (unless returning just one item from order).
- - Items are received within 20 days of the original date of delivery.
- - All 'Almost Gone' purchases are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the item/s back to us. Caves Collect does not reimburse customs duties or taxes for international orders. We recommend sending returns with a trackable service as Caves Collect is not liable for any items lost in transit.
All our pieces are handmade with great attention to detail, and all orders are quality controlled before leaving our studio so it is rare that faulty item is sent to a customer. However in the event that you do receive an item that is faulty, please email us with your order number and a photo of the fault. Generally all faulty items must be sent back to our studio/workshop to be assessed, after which we will determine an outcome. Items that are deemed to be faulty either through an inherent fabric fault or if they have been sewn incorrectly will either be repaired, replaced or refunded.
If your item is approved for a repair, replacement or refund, Caves Collect will provide you with a return postage label or refund you for the cost of returning the item to us.
