The Kate Pants are based on our classic Yu Tailored Pants, made from premium Japanese 100% Wool. They have a slightly slimmer leg and a more relaxed waistband than the Yu Pants and have just a single front tuck. The waistband has two adjustable tabs at the back to help you find your perfect fit. They feature an extra long hem, perfect for rolling up to a cuff or tailoring to a longer length if needed.

Fits true to size. The Kate Pants have a more relaxed fit through the waist than our other style.  

In order of appearance:

Miki wears size 8. Miki's measurements are as follows: Height - 175cm, Waist - 68cm, Hip - 91cm.

Mia wears size 9. Mia’s measurements are as follows: Height - 181cm, Waist - 67cm, Hip - 94cm.

Amina wears size 6. Amina’s measurements are as follows: Height - 174cm, Waist - 61cm, Hip - 90cm.

100% Wool - This is a soft, lightweight wool which is great for sensitive skin. It is light enough to be worn in mild to warm weather.

Elegant brown trousers

I have 3 other caves collect pieces but these brown cotton Kate pants were my first caves piece that I didn’t get secondhand. After some wear, I feel they are very much worth the price tag. The construction is really nice and I love the unique brown color. The cotton is not too heavy for the summer but they still look very structured and are perfect for work. I have a hard time finding pants that are high waisted enough for my liking because I have a very long torso and short legs but these fit very well and balance out my proportions just how I like. Of course I had to get the inseam hemmed but it’s totally worth it since I wear these to work every week. I have a much older pair of caves trousers that are size 8 but they seemed to have fixed their sizing since because I felt these fit true to size to the measurements posted and I got a size 6 this time around. I also appreciate the extra fastener by the zipper. My older caves trousers don’t have this and the zipper shows all the time so i found the new addition to be a thoughtful touch.

Fabric: Exquisite. This is my second pair of Caves wool pants and this pair feels particularly silky. They feel wonderful on. The wool is also stunning - it’s a cool shaded brown and the herringbone pattern almost gives it a very subtle pinstripe look.
